We send a formal quotation with current pricing, Incoterms (FOB/CIF), and the relevant technical data sheet.
Once terms are agreed, we confirm the order in writing — product, grade, quantity, price, packaging, and shipment schedule.
Payment is secured through an irrevocable LC opened by the buyer's bank in favor of Askar Grup / Isra Oils, per the agreed contract terms.
Product is prepared to spec, a Certificate of Analysis is issued, and pre-shipment inspection is available on request before the order ships.
